Mission Appeal

At birth, Stephen Schwartz was diagnosed with kidney failure. Within his first days of life he had both kidneys removed, and began dialysis – a process he continued for two years. A rare opportunity of live donation gave Stephen a second chance at life. Now, five years later, he’s healthy, happy, and has an important story to tell.
